  • I am a regional sales manager at Audley. Managing, developing and leading the Europe and Middle East programme. Managing country specialists and mentoring managers to achieve sales and service targets and develop skills. Ensuring the client comes first and is at the heart of everything Audley do. Ensuring high service levels consistently and adhering to the Audley values. Working with various departments across the business; product, finance, duty office, sales operations, HR, client experience, recruitment, marketing and so on, to ensure business KPI’s are achieved.

  • Yes loads of new skills. Kim scott radical candour, Daniel Pinks motivation theory. Self awareness and my unconscious biases - to name a few!

  • Very much so - it's challenging but I love learning new ideas and concepts

  • I would recommend as it is a fulfilling and rewarding experience. Adapting and learning working with all kinds of people and situations

  • Prioritise your time, time management is vital to success with balancing the course and our job. You do not have to read EVERYTHING - But make sure you are focusing on what is necessary
