  • I am in the home technical team so my role involves speaking to customers over the phone mainly fixing issues with broadband, home phones, sending new equipment and booking engineers etc

  • developed much better communication skills and my technology knowledge has increased, speaking to a lot of people daily helps me with my psychology work which i do in my personal time as you learn how to communicate with someone based on their specific needs

  • a lot, as this can be used as life skills eg communication

  • very well structured and appreciate the flexible working hours

  • a lot of support as coaching sessions are held often and they are very good with accepting workplace adjustments when needed

  • a decent amount, we know what to do and have guides but the trainer isnt in often

  • gives us more knowledge on how to deal with customers as it is a customer service qualification
