I am in the home technical team so my role involves speaking to customers over the phone mainly fixing issues with broadband, home phones, sending new equipment and booking engineers etc
developed much better communication skills and my technology knowledge has increased, speaking to a lot of people daily helps me with my psychology work which i do in my personal time as you learn how to communicate with someone based on their specific needs
a lot, as this can be used as life skills eg communication
very well structured and appreciate the flexible working hours
a lot of support as coaching sessions are held often and they are very good with accepting workplace adjustments when needed
a decent amount, we know what to do and have guides but the trainer isnt in often
gives us more knowledge on how to deal with customers as it is a customer service qualification
social activities eg volunteering, workplace events, evenings out
