I lead a room for the babies and oversee the daily running of the nursery. I help out with office work and filing away information. I work closely in partnership with parents and absolutely love this side of the job.
I have learnt many personal and professional skills within the setting. I am learning how to become a leader and have learnt everything i know about early years in this setting.
I am loving learning new things everyday
