  • In my current rotation, each day begins with a stand-up meeting to discuss team progress, completed tasks, and daily objectives. My role involves resolving software bugs, developing new features, conducting thorough testing, and collaborating closely with my team.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have significantly enhanced my skills in JavaScript and TypeScript, gaining hands-on experience with front-end frameworks such as React and Angular. Additionally, I have learnt to program in Java and become familiar with the Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodology. I have also improved my ability to navigate and contribute effectively within a large, collaborative codebase. Doing so, I have also learnt to collaborate with people more efficiently.

  • I am really enjoying the apprenticeship programme. It has a lot to offer - support, mentorship, hands-on experience and a fully funded BSc degree.

  • The apprenticeship programme offers a lot of support. My manager is someone I can approach and speak to about any concerns regarding my apprenticeship.

  • Good support from training provider. Lecturers are very supportive and responsive.

  • I highly recommend this apprenticeship as it is a well-structured programme offering valuable hands-on experience, a fully-funded BSc degree, and financial support through a stipend, making it ideal for career growth and academic development.

  • Practice being the best version of yourself, do mock interviews to become more comfortable during interviews and provide meaningful answers.
