  • Coordinating everything to do with people. Championing candidate and employee experience. Dealing with recruitment, payroll and project work. Looking after college and committee administration (meetings, fellows etc)

  • I am enjoying the content that is being taught and the opportunity to develop myself in a supportive environment.

  • The content and structure of the course is good. However there is only one course lecturer so there is no continuity for long or short term absence

  • The support from my employer is incredible and I am pushed and encouraged to be the best I can be

  • It gives me the skills and knowledge to form the basis of my approach and understand how and why things should be handled effectively.

  • Yes lots. We run quarterly social events and regular staff meetings to network with other colleagues. Where appropriate, I am given the opportunity to attend conferences that come with networking opportunities.
