Coordinating everything to do with people. Championing candidate and employee experience. Dealing with recruitment, payroll and project work. Looking after college and committee administration (meetings, fellows etc)
Yes - leadership, administrative skills, I am developing my confidence too. Resilience and professionalism
I am enjoying the content that is being taught and the opportunity to develop myself in a supportive environment.
The content and structure of the course is good. However there is only one course lecturer so there is no continuity for long or short term absence
The support from my employer is incredible and I am pushed and encouraged to be the best I can be
It gives me the skills and knowledge to form the basis of my approach and understand how and why things should be handled effectively.
Yes lots. We run quarterly social events and regular staff meetings to network with other colleagues. Where appropriate, I am given the opportunity to attend conferences that come with networking opportunities.
Yes
They are an incredibly supportive and beneficial employer. They look after their staff very well!
