  • im an apprentice and it involves doing training and helping technicians to learn more about the automotive trade and gain experience

  • ive learned manual handling, safe working loads, how to change brakes, vehicle matenance

  • i love beinjg part of the halfords family as it helps me develop the skills required and build my knowledge

  • the programme is well put together and structured, only a few things to address but other than that its an amazing experience

  • i receive 100% support from my employer as they answer any enquires i have and provide me with the training i have asked for

  • i recieve 100% from my employer when i ask for help to work towards my qualifications

  • it helps me understand my gaps in knowledge about automotive servicing and repairs i feel grateful towards the halfords apprenticeship team when they help me with enquires about how to improve my performance

  • its a good company to work for as it helps improve customer communication skills and provide the work experience needed

  • always ask for help from a fellow technician dont be afraid to ask, as they can walk you through step by step
