The opportunity to learn on the job whilst learning in the classroom once a week. Daily managing trades and people in works throughout the project whilst filing forms/learning software used in order to document and meet requirements.
Learning happens everyday from senior members guidance and teaching. College is more so the technical and legal side of things such as rules and regulations.
I enjoy everyday of the programme I am on and I am very grateful to be on this journey of opportunity
Well structured
Support is available 24/7
Not so much support available from college as there is from those around you at work however I’m sure this is due to the current lack of lecturers
Ultimately the most of the learning is done on the job but college is good for the text book based learning
Yes! There is endless opportunities for extra-curricular activities and it’s a great way of creating relationships at work!
Yes
The support is great, the people are great and overall just a great environment to be in whilst learning and doing a job you love
Prove your determination and enter with a positive attitude.
