  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • As an HR Manager at Asda, my role involves supporting the overall people strategy by ensuring our colleagues are engaged, well-supported, and aligned with business goals. On a day-to-day basis, I manage employee relations, support recruitment and onboarding processes, oversee training and development initiatives, and work closely with line managers to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. I also play a key role in driving colleague wellbeing, supporting payroll accuracy, and implementing continuous improvements through data-driven insights and technology.
