My job mainly consists of onboarding, payroll, DBS compliance, scanning, filing, annual leave entitlements, induction, training compliance, exit interviews and retention interviews.
I would say that I have learnt a lot during my apprenticeship. My knowledge, skills and behaviours have grown massively, I have become a lot more confident in my role, it has helped me get more used to policies, how to deal with different processes and better at analysing data.
I really enjoy my programme and am so appreciative that Priory have given me this opportunity to develop myself more. The programme is very thorough and does cover a range of topics. It is very interesting to learn areas that you don't also see every day.
It is very well organised. We are always kept up to date with any employment law changes through our tutors. Our workshops are once and month and there is a range of work to complete in between so you are keeping up with gaining more knowledge.
My employers are very supportive with me being on this programme. They always ensure that I have been given my allocated time to complete my hours for the apprenticeship. My Line Manager and also the training co-ordinator at site have been hugely supportive and have helped me out with any queries which I do have and also allocate me to any training which they think is relevant towards my apprenticeship.
They are very supportive. When they mark my work, they always provide feedback on what I could have included to make it better for my end point assessment. If I ever have any questions, I know I can just reach out to them. They are all very friendly and approachable and I don't think I would have come this far without my tutor, Tess.
I think it has helped me to excel within my role - it has given me more knowledge than I thought it would have done. I don't think I would know as much as I do today about working in Human Resources without having done my apprenticeship.
Yes, they support us in a wide range of activities and provide numerus professional networking events

Since joining Priory, I feel that I have grown in confidence, I love my job and everything I do at work. Kemple View is an amazing place to work, everyone is so welcoming and friendly.
Just come in and be yourself because you will feel welcomed the minute you step through the door. The atmosphere is unmatchable and you will feel part of a team from day one.
