Tracking Factory Jobs, Providing accurate lead times to customer, Writing reports on production, Collaborating orders with CSRs, Planning and releasing MOs
People skills and communication, using excel in a more sophisticated manner, problem solving, teamworking, organisation & time management.
Plenty to learn and plenty of people to learn from. Expanding my knowledge on different fields, even outside my job role, while also feel like I'm contributing to the business.
A training plan was provided for when I first arrived of everything I needed to cover and progress was easy to keep track of.
I receive plenty of support from my employer and if I have an issue or need additional support, find that it's easy to ask.
I have monthly meetings with my tutor where we'll cover certain modules. But I can contact my tutor whenever and they are happy to help if I need additional support with additional 1 on 1s or even come on site for sessions.
Very well, as it allows me to understand key supply chain terms and practices (things like capacity planning, forecasting, purchasing, Lean etc) and see how they work in practise. Allow of which allows me to perform my job with more confidence.
We have a well-being team that put on events through the year. Things like hikes, go-karting, bowling, fairs with more being added. Also have the chance to attend awards shows like MakeUK to network and see how other similar businesses perform

I'm learning a lot and I've got a lot of opportunities to learn more with people's personal development being an important factor Lisi tries to encourage. And overall I'm just happy and feel quite lucky to be here.
Other then the usual tips for applying to any job, be confident and show an eagerness to learn.
