    • It is a three year apprentership that involves 10 months at college then 18 on On the job training

    • hand skills working on aircraft knowledge of the aircraft Boeing have made

    • i really enjoy it, very technical with the learning

    • at the beginning it was but due to a lecturer having an accident it became slightly unorganized but that is sorted now

    • we receive a lot of support from the managers

    • the lecturers at college give us loads of support with the content

    • with the knowledge and skills we gain, i am confident it will help me perform better

    • it is a lovely company that offer great experience and support

    • Being inquisitive about the company and the subject the job entails
