Completing tasks such as procurement and valuations. Interacting and engaging with clients, subcontractors.
I have developed many new skills such as tendering. I have also developed existing skills such as communication and teamwork.
the programme is very enjoyable with lots of unique experiences.
Very well organised, training sessions are organised for all apprentices regularly to help develop the skills required.
The team I work with day to day and the emerging talent are both very supportive and always happy to help.
We are given mentors and training sessions to help guide us through the process.
I feel as though I would learn more and develop my skills more if i worked 5 days a week compared to what I learn at university.
