    • I have developed many new skills such as tendering. I have also developed existing skills such as communication and teamwork.

    • the programme is very enjoyable with lots of unique experiences.

    • Very well organised, training sessions are organised for all apprentices regularly to help develop the skills required.

    • The team I work with day to day and the emerging talent are both very supportive and always happy to help.

    • We are given mentors and training sessions to help guide us through the process.

    • I feel as though I would learn more and develop my skills more if i worked 5 days a week compared to what I learn at university.
