  • Supporting services, in line with compliance and quality overview. Ensuring that services are managed in line with Priory's policies and risk are identified and managed. Supporting staff to enable service users to live their best lives.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt more about project managements. This was an area of development for me and I feel more confident to plan projects and, review as I go along, to ensure that I am on track or not afraid of failure as I did perviously.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the live classes, where I gain knowledge from other learners, but is also able to share best practices and to ask questions, to gain reassurance in a timely manner.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Well organised, my classes are booked months in advance, and all of my learning is scheduled, so I can plan my diary to enable me to stay on track with my learning and completion of my assignments.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive all the support I need. I am supported to have my study days, to work in different areas of the organisation to develop me skills and knowledge and I am pushed to achieve, as my Manager believes in my ability.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I am able to contact my training provider at all times. When my tutor is on leave, I am able to contact others for support. I have made contact to the administration team and they were very responsive and supportive to resolve a technical issue.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I have developed, so much over the last 6 months. Due to completion of assignments, my writing style have improve as well as my vocabulary. I am also more confident in my role and supporting others within the organisation.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes, I have joined steering groups and i am currently completing the QI fundamentals course, which is also linking into my course.

  • Yes

  • I am proud to work for an organisation, that supports development of their staff and works with some individuals who are in crisis as well as living their life, but ensures everyone on their journey feels safe.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Priory Group?
  • To ensure that they are able to work within Priory's values and if they do, they will love what they do forever.
