As an aircraft maintenance technician we have to repair and maintain all parts of an aircraft to ensure they remain airworthy
Ive learnt a lot of hand skills as well as plenty of key knowledge regarding how an aircraft functions, theory of flight and practices to keep the aircraft.
I have found that the work environment is extremely friendly to new in as well as the people working with me. They are very welcoming and patient, making the programme very enjoyable.
The entire apprenticeship is well thought out and structured so that you dont have to do much organisation yourself. The accommodation is already sorted out for you allowing you to easily adjust to the new environment.
