  • Within my role I would communicate with customers and support them in using our software. This would involve setting up their system and troubleshooting any problems they come across

  • I have developed great time management skills, I am able to effectively communicate with customers and help them.

  • I enjoyed the apprenticeship as it was very flexible

  • The programme was a lot of solo learning and work with monthly meetings with my mentor to cover anything I was struggling with.

  • My employer was very helpful and flexible in allowing me to focus on my apprenticeship work as and when I needed to. However during busier times of the year this was more difficult to manage

  • My training provide was always available to support via messages or teams meetings.

  • The Qualification allowed me to further develop my skills when dealing with customers to provide a positive experience

  • There is often social events going on within work and team members often meeting outside of work. I would often take part in social gatherings and the weekly 5 aside football as it would help build a better bond
