Business Development Manager - Working primarily on lead generation and pre-sales
Continued improvement in core communication skills as well as developing industry and product specific knowledge.
It was collaborative and involving. It gave me a chance to speak to likeminded individuals.
I had a good amount of time per week and month to allocate to the apprenticeship, whilst also leaving enough time to carry out my day-to-day tasks.
Whenever I needed help from manager, HR or colleagues I received it.
The sessions and 1to1s were always helpful
I feel more confident entering into high priority conversations both internally and externally.
Plenty of social events and networking activities
Yes
Nice place to work with down-to-earth management.
