Helping run the branch as an ABM, supporting the running of the business and sales. Also managing a team in mangers absence.

Enjoying the programme, previously done other levels within business and different to how it was

Different to previous ( better at moment with it spread out.) Would be easier doing more in one day for example whilst still fresh but understand why its done this way too.

Usually a fair amount within my branch.

very supportive, can be a bit frustrating being open to interpritation

So varied no day is the same, can build some great relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers. There are so many branches and jobs that can come from this.
