I am a room manager in a nursery with children aged 2-3 years I oversee the day to day running if the room
I have learned lots of new skills and have developed skills learned when I worked in social care
I love having a project to focus on but also something I can practice while I am working
I feel it is well structured and my DC has lots of patience with me
I have some support but mostly I am left to my own devoces
My DC [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] is lovely and is really supportive
It makes me analyze what I am doing and see where I can do better
Not a lot the usual Xmas get togethers
Yes
They are supporting and the better paid nursery in the area
The role is hard work but rewarding
