My role is welding which is melting metal to metal, my day to day role is to learn different positions and types of welding, housing different tools and equipment.
I have never welded before so I have learnt lots of new skills to be able to do my role.
I enjoy the welding aspect if my role, but I'm not enjoying the fact that I feel rushed in my job.
Depends which way you look at it. Some things are organised and structured. But the majority if things need a mass improvement on the organising side of things.
I feel like I am supposed very well in most aspects, but some areas could do with improvement.
I feel my skills coaches give me a massive support within my job.
