I am a Workspace Specialist, this includes Account Manager reaching out to me to provide specialist views and add value to the sale with the customer. This includes using different communication methods on a daily basis speaking to differnet customers.
Communication , I am more confident, Organisation, proactive,
Really enjoyed it, learnt a lot and got to travel to the apprentice sites.
Very well, it was clear what I was doing from the beginning and I always had people to lean on for help
A lot, particularly my apprentice manager and leader. They frequently reach out to ask if I need any support and how I am getting on
Same as above, constantly reaching out to me and supporting where/when neccessary
I feel like it has given me more skills to take on the job with me
There is loads, I partake in golf and football. But we also frequently go out to different sites to visit key vendors as well as annual events with softcat internally
Yes
Great environment, great company, always a shoulder to lean on
Be confident and don't be afraid to ask a 'silly question'
