  • I create engaging and thought provoking learning experiences for the children while also providing their regular care routines day to day. I nurture them and track their development to share with parents.

  • I enjoy learning new things every day and expanding on any existing knowledge.

  • Very well organised. It helps to have a diary planner to tell me all the dates of my calls and webinars.

  • I receive great support to progress in my apprenticeship by attending calls and completing scheduled work.

  • I receive great support especially from my assessor. They always are sure to answer any questions I have and to support me with anything i need.

  • They help me understand why we do certain things in the role, and help me learn the policies and procedures inside and out and why we put them in place.

  • We have great team meetings which help discuss anything we need to know and keep everyone up to date. We also do socials for team building.
