I create engaging and thought provoking learning experiences for the children while also providing their regular care routines day to day. I nurture them and track their development to share with parents.
I have learnt great collaboration skills when working in a team.
I enjoy learning new things every day and expanding on any existing knowledge.
Very well organised. It helps to have a diary planner to tell me all the dates of my calls and webinars.
I receive great support to progress in my apprenticeship by attending calls and completing scheduled work.
I receive great support especially from my assessor. They always are sure to answer any questions I have and to support me with anything i need.
They help me understand why we do certain things in the role, and help me learn the policies and procedures inside and out and why we put them in place.
We have great team meetings which help discuss anything we need to know and keep everyone up to date. We also do socials for team building.
