Quoting up for Account managers ensuring full satisfaction and organisation, my day to day roles includes finding hardware, licences for customers and quoting these up for Account managers, Also finding ETAs and tracking for Account managers and them updating there customers
Yes , I have learned so many new skills including, Problem solving, time management , quoting , communication , you learn a lot of things at softcat great company
