Working on client project(s)
Most of the learning occurs on the job and is very dependent on the client and role you end up working in. If you end up in a role you don't want to work in, your skill progression may be compromised.
The on the job experience is invaluable but the quality of teaching, communication and orgnaisation from the training provider really lets the program down
Communication with the training provider is difficult and limited support is offered to apprentices
