I am a Data Analytics team leader liaising with the Finance and Commercial functions. My role is to deliver meaningful automated reporting to the business.
I have learnt new management and coding skills that helped me take my role to a new level.
The programme is relevant to my role from a technical and non-technical point of view and I enjoy it quite a lot.
The programme is well structured, giving me time to study and work in the same time without feeling overwhelmed.
I get full support from my manager, including on-the-job study hours and access to resources needed to perform not only my duties, but also to deliver the apprenticeship assignments.
My programme reviewer from QA is very helpful and we have regular catch-ups to evaluate my progress towards my end-point assessment.
It definitely helps me be a better manager and deliver value for the business.
