  • I am a Trainee QS and day to day I will Survey projects for redecoration aswell as manage costs on different jobs and raise POs for materials/plants

  • yes I have learnt lots about the financial parts of working and how to manage costs

  • I enjoy working for bell lots and learning about lots of different parts of the business to help further my professional development and knowledge of the commercial side of the job

  • I am given a sufficient amount of time to get any university works required or Off the job learning completed.

  • I don't receive tons of support however this is mainly down to me not ever really asking for any support rather than no support being available

  • I has helped lots to help understand parts of my role at Bell Group, mainly on the Health & safety side of things

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are professional networking events about once a year at bell, but I have not myself been to one of these events.

  • Yes

  • Because it is a very nice atmosphere to work in that gives good opportunities to help grow your professional career for those who are willing to work hard.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Bell Group?
  • To be honest on what your plans at bell group are and what you want to achieve in your time working for them, and if you have any plans or your job role changing, as that is definitely a possibility at Bell Group, they are very open to different ideas.
