I am currently a project assistant so work closely with my assigned project and the team. Working with the client to manage documents and fulfil client requests. I attend site visits and deliver under the project contract
My studies have taught me industry knowledge but I have learnt a lot about construction and contract management, health and safety on site and how to manage client and project relationships with stakeholders
I absolutely love my apprenticeship. I have meant to many amazing people and learnt so many knew things from industry professionals
We have a very supported program and team. Emerging talent team help use regularly and organise training to help us continue to develop
We have an emerging talent team, line managers and buddy’s who are other apprentices all providing support. However anyone in my office I feel I could approach for support
My training provider supports my technical learning while my employer helps me to apply my learning into my work. This balance helps with the understanding of new skills
As referenced above I feel the learning and then direct application into work Marty’s up very well. I learn and then directly apply which helps me understand and deliver my learning to applicable scenarios
We have an office committee that allows us to get involved in networking, sports, charity, socials and have a say within the office. Within the wider company we often go to London to meet with our cohort
