I love the environment at the BBC. I love being able to develop in a range of different areas and being supported by my manager and team. I thoroughly enjoy the programme and the opportunities the programme offers.
Very well structured. Easy to know what is due when. Good communication between university and work.
I get a lot of support from my employer with study, work and my personal development in my role. Frequent catch up meetings and planning for next steps.
Easy to contact and always happy to help. Learning resources are all easily accessible.
Transferrable skills I can use day to day in my role such as leadership, communication and teamwork. More technical knowledge has been helpful to understand more in the workplace.
Always socials and networking opportunities to meet people from all over the company. Staff networks and communities made me feel welcome.
