In my role I have to manage a contact centre with my peers to delivery service to customers broken down in the UK. We have several objectives to work towards, Service level agreements, AHT, Conformance, CFT and commercial targets
As im just starting out on my apprenticeship the 1st module has been associated to organisation behaviour and how this impact myself and others. Although new to this the 1st module helped me understand the differences people posses and how through Belbin's model need to work together to achieve objectives and projects.
So far so good for me. Its been a while since I have been in an academic role, but i am enjoying the thought of getting to the end and graduating.
The content that has been sent to us and the tools and platforms we have had to sign up to to aid our learning and development is overwhelming but very informative. The platforms are good but its getting used to them to aid my learning
My Employer has set out the support they will provide with 20% OTJ time to aid me to learn and apply my learnings to my role.
Not been in the position to seek the help and guidance yet, but what i have seen from the university it is readily available
I believe that the course/apprenticeship will help support me in role and develop myself and others
