  • I have improved communication skills. I am able to give clearer and more effective feedback to the management and the team in order to meet the store's needs

  • I enjoy the program. As it gives insights of how retail management is like, and how fast the pace can change in store.

  • I get my 6 hours of Off the Job hours, every week. It allows me to stay on top of my coursework as well as letting me shadow managers to build further understanding of the job.

  • I received the necessary support from my employer. When needed, the employer is able to give me constructive support to help me understand what the tasks require me to do.

  • I receive significant and regular support from my training provider. We do our teaching and learning every month as well as regular progress checks. As well as that, I am able to contact my training provider to ask for support.

  • The qualification is able to help me to get into my role as it gives the deeper understanding to why everything is done the way it is. As well as, developing my knowledge of the relevant laws.
