I am a room lead in the toddler room. So I overlook the room and provide the care and learning of the children whilst managing the staff in my room
So many new skills that I use every day at work but also at home. My confidence in both has grown massively. Highly recomment
I really enjoy it. The coursework is manageable and I can be flexible in the order of my units. I can choose between all written or discussions. I feel I am in control and manage this even working full time as a room lead
Very well. Always plan in advance and can get support as and when I needed quickly and efficiently
Loads. They allow time for me to do this and help if required. Very supported
I couldn’t wish for anyone better
100% made my gain so much more knowledge and new skills that I use every day not only in my work but at home also.
