I have to help both store assistants and managers complete day to day activities whilst also completing my own at a high standard with good customer service. I must show hard work, friendliness and creativity.
I have built up my confidence to talk to random people and also work as part of a team. You must play to everyones strengths in retail.
I enjoy waking up to have to do something. I really enjoy earning money whilst learning as it gives me a bit of income whilst I learn the ins and outs of the company.
The managers are always willing to help if I ever need it aswell as my tutor. It is all done online and is easy to access as long as I have connection to the internet.
The Aldi staff and managers are great at helping me out when I need it. If I ever need a shift change they will help me out or if am ever stuck on something then they are always willing to help.
As it’s all done online sometimes its hard to reach my tutor. If I ever have any problems then they usually get back to me within 1 working day.
I always take things my tutor tells me into account when working on the shop floor and the even in the warehouse. All the information is there to help me so I always try to use it.
There is a work night out every 3 month or so. Other than that we don't get up to much outside of work.
Yes
Great company that is always willing to help you out and listen.
Be yourself. Dont try to meet a standard you dont already know. Aldi always looking for the character inside rather than a perfect robot.
