    • Yes many new skills have been learned as I have by now covered the following modules: strategy, innovation and change, enterprise and risk, finance and engaging employees

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • I am really enjoying the programme and feel very lucky and privileged to have been selected for this programme thanks to my supportive line manager. I also believe Henley is the right place for me for my eventual completion of the MBA.

    • It is done wonderfully with great support from our tutors and learning coaches

    • I have a super supportive manager and leadership team

    • Equally as good. Fast, supportive, understanding and everything is all explained.

    • Helps me to see the organisational environment from the leaders (board of directors point of view) and to apply the learning directly within my team and wider organisation

    • Our learning and development trains run these events but I do not attend them
