Making sure shelves are full and customers get a good positive experience every time they come into the store, involving serving customers or helping them with their shopping.
Developed teamwork and communication through working with people on a daily basis and dealing with customers.
Enjoy it a lot but does sometimes offer different challenges each day
It’s very organised, starts from the start when first joining and sees it through to management and with further progression
I receive loads of support from all my colleagues and coach giving mixed feedback when needed.
When working towards targets or qualifications I get good support whilst working towards them.
Always giving either positive or negative feedback to help find what I’ve done well in or what I need to do better next time.
Not much extra activities outside work

It’s a physical but very rewarding job with a lot of benefits whilst working
