Apprentice Manager Review

My role involves me to work stock, manage my team members, serve customers through the tills and complete office work such as being in charge of the safe and other store operations

I have better people skills and feel confident helping customers and i have become a more open and confident person working in retail

I enjoy the aspects like my online modules which help to solidify my knowledge on the shop floor

Very well structured, i have a clear overview in my dashboard about what learning needs to be completed and when and im also shown if im on track or behind

I get a lot of support with my work if i have any questions and im continually shown new things to help my learning and my programme

I receive a lot of support, I feel i’m always able to ask questions and ask for any deadlines to be rearranged if needs be

I feel that understanding the meanings and reasons of why things are done in a certain way, in the company and in the retail sector, helps solidify my knowledge on the shop floor
