Includes ordering and making sure that the filling station looks inviting for our customers , managing colleagues
Learnt about delegating , managing colleagues and how my job is a small part in a big picture
I enjoy the day in college at a formal setting , gives us a differing experience out of the workplace
Very structured, we have a plan off what we are going to learn throughout the course and how we are going to get assessed , the tutor gives us a plan for each lesson aswell
My mentor is extremely supportive to me and also the company as a whole for supporting everyone one of us on their journey throughout the company
I receive lots of support from my training provider and is a very happy process to be a part of
It gives me the confidence to perform my role better and to give me the tools to ensure that I am performing role to the best of my ability
There is a football kick about session once a week and this is something the Colleagues enjoy
