Station Manager - managing team performance, building rosters, ordering products, provide training, completing colleague documents, team payroll, inputting stock take, reviews, emailing internal and external stakeholders, dealing with complaints and colleague issues.
Applying appropriate theories and models to every day life within work. Human resource management, change management, interaction with internal and external stakeholders, continuous improvemen.
Thoroughly enjoy the Level 3 course, very engaging and knowledgeable tutor discussing relevant topics I am passionate about.
