  • Station Manager - managing team performance, building rosters, ordering products, provide training, completing colleague documents, team payroll, inputting stock take, reviews, emailing internal and external stakeholders, dealing with complaints and colleague issues.

  • Applying appropriate theories and models to every day life within work. Human resource management, change management, interaction with internal and external stakeholders, continuous improvemen.

  • Thoroughly enjoy the Level 3 course, very engaging and knowledgeable tutor discussing relevant topics I am passionate about.

  • Clear programme layout with appropriate topics. Changed order of completion due to relevant topics occurring in current workplace.

  • Other managers very intrigued in apprentices performance and tasks assigned. Fully supported and always offering assistance if necessary. Apprentices supported closely by pre-assigned mentors for tasks.

  • Fully supportive and always offering assistance via email/teams. Always providing constructive feedback and recognition where necessary.

  • Relevant topics towards job roles. Plentiful models to support reasons why tasks are completed in specific ways. Beneficial to learn theory as well as on the job learning

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Westmorland Family?
  • Prefer a fast paced working environment with some large teams. Having adaptability as every day can be different working in hospitality and catering! Extroverted characters.
