  • Testing hearing and dispensing hearing aids to adults with a range of hearing losses. Wax removal using micro suction. Fitting hearing aids and providing aftercare to hearing aid wearers.

  • Too many new skills to list but able to dispense hearing aids and remove wax from customers ears using micro suction.

  • Very much enjoyed the whole experience.

  • Very well organised

  • Regular sessions with a supervisor guiding me through the skills I needed.

  • Regular contact with course manager and personal tutor as and when needed.

  • Without it I would not be able to do my job.

  • Some activities and social events and annual product roadshows.

  • If you are willing to work hard you can achieve and develop many skills and qualifications.
