My role is an apprentice painter and decorator, I work on site with fully qualified operatives and help to push the job forward.
I’ve learned the correct preparational processes, how to apply paint to different substrates.
Since I’ve joined Bagnalls I have enjoyed working for them and have found the apprenticeship effective.
I would say the program is organised and well structured.
I would say my employer is supportive is as if you have a concerns or something on your mind they will talk to you.
I receive good support from my Training provider to help me work toward getting my qualification.
I can help out on jobs more on site.
There are health and safety days which bagnalls host.
Yes
Bagnalls are a good company to work for as they offer lots of types of decorating in the trade and have a good career program.
Show up to work on time, listen and take in what operatives are teaching you.
