My job role is a level 3 apprentice nursery practitioner, in my day to day work life it is very busy but rewarding, my day to day life includes feeding children, playing with children, ensuring the safety of children and making children feel happy in a safe environment
Yes I have I have learnt more about how to work with children as well as safeguarding and other things
I enjoy my programme as it is very rewarding and it is lovely to watch the children grow and develop into there own people/characters.
It is well structured but work loads tend to be a lot but that is a part about learning
I do receive a good amount of support from my employer

I think the motivation of getting my qualification gives me more of an ambition to do well and to have a positive work ethic in my day to day life
