Assist the project managers with the project work loads, completing task and running meetings. Gradually I will gain more responsibility within the project leading to co-running a project of my own.
Enhanced confidence, people skills and presenting skills. I have learned how to analyse data and present it in ways that the clients will be pleased with.
Gradually building up responsibility has been brilliant as it means that I'm not overwhelmed with work and am able to enjoyed learning new skills. There is always an understanding that uni work comes first and all the staff know that. I have had an amazing start !
We always know when our uni day is, which allows mentors to be able to organise work for me to undertake. Regular meetings from the Apprenticeship team gives me constant support and and advice if needs be. I am constantly in contact with the apprenticeship team at Capula for any support/ queries.
There are 2 members of staff at Capula which oversee the apprenticeship programme which are always on standby if I need anything. I have a mentor which I shadow and who supports me in my everyday role.
I have a mentor at uni which deals with all the off the job hours and portfolio of evidence based work. She is very helpful and is knowledgeable as she has many years of experience. If I need her, she always replies quickly.
all knowledge that's is provided is replicated in the work place. It backs up what terms and processes that occur in work.
we have done many team building activities for the apprentices and have recently been on a residential trip too. There are many opportunities to network with staff, clients and at events. There are many social events within work to build relationships with staff
