  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the working side of the programme as it allows you to meet and work with lots of people aswell as learn new skills however the management is a little bit all over the place as sometimes cannot find someone to help when you need it / they won’t answer . The learning provider part of the apprenticeship is great and useful information given however have had many days doing it independently rather than being taught . The team at BA who look over the apprenticeship, at times have been very unorganised which caused unnecessary stress or confusion with them changing things around last minute so made it slightly unenjoyable

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • There is a big lack of organisation within the apprenticeship with a lot of unknown to us , things often get told last minute, changed after telling us they wouldn’t or just hardly communicated at all which affects the structure . They have gotten better throughout the apprenticeship but still some confusion sometimes.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I haven’t required any support yet so am not entirely sure the level of support but I believe I could receive a bit of support if required, however it does feel like they are out to get you rather than support you a lot of the time as they will look out and pick up on bad thins to try catch us out .
