1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role includes the tracking and confirmation of the rebates we receive, including adjustment money to account managers figures, ensuring they hit they're GP targets for the quarter.

I have really excelled in my confidence since working at Softcat, i have also learnt a lot of new skills like Excel usage, email management, prioritisation etc

The support i receive from Softcat is amazing. I always have assistance whenever it is needed.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

[This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] our training provider at corndel, it a massive help when it comes to struggling with modules etc, however she is also an amazing support on any other problems that i might be having within my role, she is a great mentor.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There is never a boring day at Softcat, the activities and social events that are happening weekly is a great thing to get involved in.

Softcat is an inclusive, fun and all round amazing company to work for, they really do live up and exceed to all they're values, i would definitely recommend.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Softcat?

Just be yourself! Softcat really value individuals who are bubbly and not afraid to be themselves.
