My role as an apprentice EA includes helping or assisting my coaches with tasks that they have or could pass onto me, such as scheduling meetings, completing expenses and completing timesheets.
I have developed my skills with different Microsoft appliances such as Outlook, Word and Excel. In addition to this, I have gained a lot of confidence.
I enjoy my programme as each day can be different as I am often given different things to work on.
I believe my programme is well structured as everything is always laid out clear to me in advance, meaning I always know what is expected of me.
I receive a lot of support, I know that if I am ever struggling with something, I can ask a question and will get as much support as I need to understand this.
I receive a lot of support, recently, I was set back a lot when completing my assignment, however, they made sure to reschedule deadlines for me to give me back the time that I lost.
My qualifications allow me to identify where I have exceeded and places that I should work on. In addition to this, in order to meet descriptors in my assignments I may have to take on tasks that I am not familiar with.
I am part of an EA networking team, meaning that I help set up the events as well as attending them.
