As someone new to the industry i have had the incredible opportunity to learn brand new skills which is helping me now conduct my own jobs under the supervision of my site engineers which helps me develop the confidence which is a big part of the role

There is a loads of extra curricular activities around site and around the company for example we are preparing for a Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge to raise money for charity, they also offer us the chance to network and host site visit days where we are able to travel to a project and understand the scopes of work etc
