I work on data analysis projects for clients as well as data deliveries which involves cleaning and packaging data. As I work on a lot of location analytics I regularly deal with spatial data.
I developed lots of technical skills and soft skills, including Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, SQL, data manipulation, workplace communication and problem solving. I have also learnt new skills which includes identifying different geography types, using InSite software, large data processing.
I'm enjoying my job role as CACI has been very supportive and engaging, however I have found some of the workshops very slow and not as engaging. I've also had issues with long delays in receiving a new coach with JustIT.
My program is very well structures both for my work and apprenticeship learning activities.
My employer has been great supporting me and developing my skills. CACI has been very successful in supporting my work and learning and I have no issues.
I have had some, however due to the extended uncertainty with my coach being unclear for a few months did reduce the support that I was expected to recieve. The additional learning support team at JustIT has been great in implementing additional learning support that I'm given due to some of my learning difficulties.
I think the qualification covers the majority of my job role and as a result is developing technical skills that I use on a daily basis. The main topic the qualification doesn't cover in depth is the more specific geographic analytics that is unique to my job role.
There are great social and networking events as well as sporting activities. My work life balance is very good and I feel completely integrated within my team.

CACI has a great atmosphere and work environment. The company shows interest in training and upskilling its employees and seems to value its workers on an individual level. The office I work in is also very modern and comfortable to work in which makes working much easier.
Be yourself, show that you want to work hard and be open to learn and grow as a professional.
