For four days each week, I dedicated my time to developing new business and tech features, fixing bugs, and updating our existing systems, which was quite exciting. On the fifth day, I focused on my apprenticeship and academic work, with the full support and understanding of my team and manager.
Yes absolutely! I have learned so much from soft skills to hard skills by working in my team as well as following my apprenticeship work.
