Audit Trainee Associate, Oil and Gas -learning about audit and preparing work on engagements -working alongside clients and colleagues to audit accounts and perform reviews
I am studying towards my chartered accountant qualification through ICAS. -lots of soft skills development as well as finance skills -attended core skills courses and training programmes.
I really enjoy the programme, the challenges it presents and the opportunities available to me through the work I perform. Good social opportunities which add to the enjoyment
-feel very valued, have received multiple rewards for my contributions and have been rewarded as a firm or as individual offices for high performance with various events or outings.
-very well organised, clear pathway and structure with regards to professional qualification and good communication and organisation of events, induction and training courses.
-online and face to face support through classes and online workshops -message boards and email/contact details for training provider and course coordinator
-lots of support from manager and other colleagues -support from counsellor and peer group -support from HR if required
-meets my costs as I live at home however, the salary does not reflect the cost of living in the city compared to other cities across the UK.
