    • - Enhancing productivity & efficiency in the organisation. On a day to day basis, I work with stakeholders on the issues they are having with their current work processes, and build digital products that will help/solve their respective problems e.g mobile app

    • Communication, Stakeholder management, Project management.

    • I enjoy the programme, it's very intellectually stimulating, although I do wish there were opportunities to rotate with departments that work very close with the respective teams.

    • It's very structured programme, with set dates in place.

    • I receive some support when it comes to flexibility with assignments. e.g if I need to reach out to another team for help

    • They offer monthly sessions to help upskill in needed areas.

    • My qualification only partially relates to my role at work, so applicability depends on various factors.

    • Yes, there are football sessions that run weekly, and many others!

    • The culture is great at Toyota GB. Very friendly employees who will offer to help whenever necessary, and are open to change.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Toyota GB?

    • Ensure that you research the Japanese culture of the company, and the values it abides by as that is one of the most important aspects.
