Managing a team to provide Healthcare Administration such as diary management, complaint handling and letter writing, invoicing and maintaining and supplying records.
Yes - I started this course when I was new to managing and I now have the tools to help me be a better manager alongside my own experience.
Mostly - the content and the interaction with my course PDE have all been great. However I have had a unique situation this past year that has meant I have often found it a challenge to concentrate on the course and as a result fell behind and had to work hard to catch up.
Great - I enjoy the face to face and group sessions. The online learning is presented in a good format.
On paper 100%. However as mentioned, I have found it difficult to make time for my course and I do think my employer wouldn't always be aware of the impact recent role changes have had on my course however I have been able to adapt and move forward each time.
Lots, sometimes weekly catch ups. Quick and relevant assistance as needed. Cant fault [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] at Corndel for the help she has given me
Quite a lot. I find myself thinking back to specific learning when faced with a scenario in work.
I'm sure there are but I haven't joined any or aware of any.
