As a recruitment consultant I filter through candidate applications and register those suitable with our agency. I conduct check in calls with clients and candidates, as well as speculative emails and calls to new companies. I conduct daily canvassing calls in attempts to win new business.
I have learnt new canvassing techniques and advice during my professional discussions, as it has allowed me to reflect on my previous obstacles and define the solution for similar scenarios.
I enjoy the ongoing support and opportunities to learn more about my role and gain confidence in it.
My future calls and sessions are regularly booked in once one has been completed, to ensure I know the next step. My apprenticeship trainer regularly checks in with me to ensure I understand what is expected of me at that time.
I receive ongoing support from my manager and apprenticeship trainer throughout the apprenticeship and in my daily role.
Constant and ongoing support, [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] is always checking in on my progress and making sure I am not overwhelmed and am comfortable with the tasks given and work expected of me.
It has definitely improved my confidence in myself and my role and how I can apply my knowledge in professional scenarios.
