  • As a recruitment consultant I filter through candidate applications and register those suitable with our agency. I conduct check in calls with clients and candidates, as well as speculative emails and calls to new companies. I conduct daily canvassing calls in attempts to win new business.

  • I have learnt new canvassing techniques and advice during my professional discussions, as it has allowed me to reflect on my previous obstacles and define the solution for similar scenarios.

  • I enjoy the ongoing support and opportunities to learn more about my role and gain confidence in it.

  • My future calls and sessions are regularly booked in once one has been completed, to ensure I know the next step. My apprenticeship trainer regularly checks in with me to ensure I understand what is expected of me at that time.

  • I receive ongoing support from my manager and apprenticeship trainer throughout the apprenticeship and in my daily role.
